This class is perfect for you if you’ve already dabbled in lowercase letters, mastered the basic strokes and are ready to level-up your pointed pen skills! Beginning writers are welcome but we will move quickly through the basics in order to get to Uppercase letter formation, flourishes and ways to pretty up that paper – custom ink, metallics, and tools for helping guide your hand.
We’ll practice together and you’ll leave class with tips to improve your practice in addition to an envelope and letter sheet ready to post to someone who could be cheered by your appearance in their mailbox.

Each participant receives:
• Alphabet Exemplar
• Upper & Lowercase letter practice guides
• Black Sumi ink
• 1 nib or your choice (Nikko G or Brause 68)
• 1 Wooden Holder
• Practice Vellum
• Letter paper and envelope
